Are you ready for a reboot? Feeling like your body could use a little housekeeping? Our Cleanse programs are anywhere from 1-4 weeks long and are designed to get your diet and lifestyle back on track!
We run a 1 week group cleanse program several times a year, or come in for an individual consultation to set up a personal program. Each program consists of dietary guidelines, nutritional supplementation to support the main detoxification pathways of the body, and lifestyle practices to encourage a healthy re-set of your body and mind.
What are the benefits of detoxification? Many people experience reduced inflammation, improved digestion, weight loss, clearer thinking, and better energy and sleep. By taking a break from one’s regular routine and clearing the picture, one can often discover that diet, lifestyle, or toxicity may be the underlying cause of health conditions.

What? New Years Cleanse!! Our next group cleanse will be a 7- day program. This program consists of 1 group class (recorded), nutritional supplements, 2 live Q&A sesssions, and available support throughout the program.
When? January 12 – 18 2026. LIVE Q&A: Jan 13 6-7pm and Jan 16 12:00 pm-1:00 pm. Intro video will discuss the benefits of detoxification, what to expect, and how to prepare. Q&A sessions with doctors to answer questions that come up along the way! Participants should plan on starting their cleanse sometime during this week.
Where? Online, from the comfort of your home or office. Before January 12th we will send you login information so you can access the presentation, as well as login information for the Q&A sessions.
