Yoga and Meditation Workshop: Mindfulness

Looking to improve your physical, mental and overall health? We will connect body and mind through yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling and the use of Young Living essential oils. Learn mindfulness techniques that can help lower stress and blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce pain, relieve anxiety and more!

Classes are Tuesday evenings, January 21 – February 25, 7-8:30 pm.

This six week course is being offered for $299. Sign up on or before December 31 and receive the early bird special for only $249.
