This week, November 16-20, is our last in the Lafayette office. The office will be CLOSED the week of Thanksgiving, November 23-27. Doctors will be on call during this time, but there will be no appointments scheduled.
We will open in our NEW office in Piedmont on Monday, November 30. Phones will be answered 9-5, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday and 9-7 on Thursdays. Please check our phone messages and the website for any adjustment in office hours.
