We have been teaching detoxification and cleansing classes at Tara Natural Medicine for many years. Over time many people have asked for another way to be supported through a cleanse, especially as lives get busy and time gets short. I will be hosting a two week LIVE, VIRTUAL lunchtime cleanse class November 5-19. The class includes 3 live virtual meetings, Wednesdays November 5, 12, and 19th from 12:30-1:30 pm. Classes will occur via group video, and may also be recorded so that they can be accessed later.
I plan on using this format more fully for a New Years Cleanse, but because I am eager to get a cleanse in myself before the holidays – and I want to try out the virtual format — this November 2 week cleanse will be run as a Special Pilot program, and is open to a limited number of participants at a reduced price. The cost for this 2 week program is $50 for the three classes alone, or $200 for the classes plus the complete supplement regimen. This is a 50% discount from what our cleanse program usually costs, and is a great deal if you’re looking to get in shape before the holidays.
